DeCarlo has been a great team member at the Confidential Client Project and received praise from both the PX and PM for the project. He has conducted himself in a very professional manner and has represented the discipline well. I hope we can extend his time with us another 3 months.

I am writing to let you know what a great job the guys are doing here at CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT site. As you may have heard, we have been going through some environmental issues. Nick has been at the forefront of escalating these issues when they occurred. By him escalating promptly and according to Daifuku protocol we were able to keep track of events as they happened. He has been coached or mentored by Dan and is coming along just great. Dan and Mark are solid guys also. We have a great team and we all work together. He is confident in his abilities and strong in his conviction to succeed in providing world class safety support to everyone, at all levels on the Project. He definitely made an impact on Okland and has left our safety & health program better than it was when he arrived. He has planted ideas and concepts with us that we will continue to implement and mature over time.
